As we’ve done the last several years, Cigna wants to thank and show our appreciation for the individual producers who contributed to our success last year.

One of the ways were thanking these brokers is with the Star Producer Program. The program has three levels:

Rising Star
4-Star
5-Star

Below, you’ll find out how your brokers qualified for the Star Producer Program, as well as the rewards that each qualifying level receives.

How to qualify for the Star Producer Program

· Brokers who are Ready to Sell (RTS) and remain in good standing based on Cigna Healthcare Medicare quality and compliance standards.

· Retention from 4/1/2024 - 3/31/2025, rapid disenrollment rate 8% or lower.

· Total sales count for the program is based on effective dates from 4/1/2024 - 3/31/2025. Program resets every year.

· Total sales submitted with a minimum of 70% valid PCP and 50% valid email address.

· Have at least one year of service with Cigna Healthcare.

· Local brokers only (Agents contracted with a designated National Call Center not eligible).

· New to Cigna applications - no plan changes will be considered for this program
