The goal of this Part D course is to provide an understanding of Part D benefits by reviewing the Part D structure and phases, how it works, and how Part D has been impacted by the new 2025 changes
This course will Provide participants a clear understanding of Medicare Part D in 2025, including Part D basics, how benefits can change over the course of the calendar year, and other important factors that impact Part D coverage. This training will provide and promote overall confidence in the company, products and industry in which they work thereby enhancing the consumer experience.
About Our Presenter, Serena Farrell
Serena Farrell is a Regional Sales Manager at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She enjoys working with Medicare agents to support and help them grow their business in Nevada. Her career in health insurance started over 30 years ago and has included a focus on business development, account management, training, and data analysis. She has worked at several major carriers, with a majority of her career in Employer Benefits. She started her Medicare journey at Anthem in June 2021.
Serena holds an insurance license in the State of Nevada, is AHIP Certified, and a proud member of the National Association of Benefits & Insurance Professionals. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, with an emphasis in Percussion, from California State University Northridge. Serena has a husband of 27 years, two grown children, and two Hungarian Vizsla dogs. In her free time she loves to snow ski, hike, and travel.
