A little about Dan Heffley....
Dan Heffley, CMTP (Certified Medical Tourism Professional) is the CEO of Salud Health USA, LLC, a US-based global medicine firm (aka ‘Medical Tourism’) with 50 hospitals worldwide. Working with both governmental and promotional agencies, he has traveled to SE Asia, Europe, South and Central America in search of quality, affordable healthcare, winning the Top 100 Healthcare Leaders Award from the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare in the process. Prior to forming Salud Health in 2016, he was the principal of Las Vegas Insurance Services, Inc., an award-winning hybrid retail/wholesale health care insurance brokerage. Dan was actively involved with the pre-cursor to NABIP, NAHU, serving in multiple capacities and on numerous national sub-committees during the drafting of The Affordable Care Act, including CCAHU President Leg Chair, State President, Regional Special Master of Legislation, Region VIII Legislative Chair and also served as an At-Large Board member on the National HUPAC board. In 2012, he was presented with the NAHU Legislative Achievement Award and in 2013 a NAHU Achievement award.
